Having spent a wonderful family vacation at Rivercroft, I can confidently say it is a great spot if you’re looking for a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. The elevated position provides stunning views that we all enjoyed, especially during breakfast. My children loved watching the sunrise over the river while munching on the delicious full English breakfast, which set a great tone for our days. One of the highlights was the lively bar area. We often ended our evenings here, playing darts and sharing stories with locals. It was a fantastic way for my family to connect with the culture. The staff were helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we felt at home. While we found our room modest in size, it was clean and well-decorated, perfect for relaxing after our daily adventures. The central location made it easy for us to explore Looe and beyond, and the restaurant’s menu was family-friendly with options to suit everyone’s tastes. For families seeking a friendly place to unwind and enjoy some local charm, Rivercroft is definitely worth considering. We left with fond memories and a desire to return someday.
